Heard the learned counsel for the Applicants and the learned AGP for the Respondent/ State. None appears for the Respondent No.2/ Acquiring Body.
The learned counsel for the Applicants submits that due to financial constraints the Applicants could not file the Appeals within a prescribed period of limitation.
The learned AGP strongly resisted the applications on the
*2* 970.ca.4417.13 ground that the delay has not been explained satisfactorily. In view of the above submissions and for the reasons stated in the Civil Applications, delay of 193 days causing in filing the First Appeals is condoned. The Civil Applications are allowed and accordingly, disposed of.
Heard the learned counsel in Appeals. Issue notice in Appeals to the Respondents, returnable on 19.06.2017. The learned AGP waives notice for the Respondent/State.
