PER COURT :- Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Perused the findings recorded by the Trial Court. The evidence of eye witnesses and the medical evidence has not been properly appreciated by the Trial Court. In that view of the matter, case is made out for admission of the Appeal. Accordingly the Criminal Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses `A', `B', `C', `D' and `F' and same stands disposed of. 2.
