Heard learned counsel Mr. Pawar appearing for the applicants and learned APP Mr. Jakatkar appearing for the respondent-State.

One Sangita Vasant Jagdale, the mother of deceased Sunita, lodged complaint to the police

2 CrBApln 2099 17rega.odt station Parali (City) alleging that, the applicants No. 1 and 2 are her in-laws. Her son-in-law Balaji and applicants were illtreating deceased Sunita. They were demanding Rs. 25,000/-. Due to the illtreatment given by the applicants and her husband Sunita committed suicide.

I have gone through the police papers of investigation particularly, two dying declarations dated 24.02.2016. On perusal of the first dying declaration it appears that, deceased Sunita herself poured kerosene on her person and set her on fire, as there was quarrel with her husband. In the second dying declaration same thing was repeated. However, it is specifically mentioned in the dying declaration that her in-laws i.e. present applicants were residing at Latur, whereas, the deceased Sunita at the time of commission of suicide was residing at Parali District Beed. The papers goes to show that the present applicants were residing separately from the deceased and her husband Balaji.

The allegations in the complaint are appears to be vague and general in nature. It appears that,

3 CrBApln 2099 17rega.odt due to quarrel between deceased and her husband, she committed suicide. Therefore, prima-facie, it appears that, the applicants have no concern with the alleged incident. In such circumstances, they can be released on bail. Hence, following order.

O R D E R

The applicants shall be released on bail in connection with Crime No.49/2016, registered with Police Station Parali (City) District Beed, on their executing P.R. Bond of Rs. 25,000/- [Rs. Twenty five thousand only] each with one solvent surety in the like amount.
