The learned Advocate representing the Management, respondent No. 5 submits, on instructions, that the transfer order dated 18.04.2022 is being withdrawn by the Management, since they intend to initiate disciplinary action against the petitioner, in view of certain misconducts purportedly committed by him. This statement is recorded.

In view of above, the order passed by the Education Officer dated 19.04.2022 is rendered a nullity and would be inoperative.
