Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.296 of 2022, registered at Yermala Police Station, District Osmanabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 411 read with Section 34 of the IPC.

3. The report was lodged against an unknown person. The applicant was arrested after about one month from the date of the incident. Nothing has been recovered from him. Sole evidence against him is his identification. The charge sheet has been filed. The trial may take its time. The applicant is a young boy of 22 years. Considering the facts and circumstances

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant AMOL HAYWAN KALE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.296 of 2022, registered at Yermala Police Station, District Osmanabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 411 read with Section 34 of the IPC, on the following conditions :

(a) The applicant shall not indulge in a similar crime.

(b) He shall attend the trial on each and every effective date.
