2) Today in the first session, when the matter was called out, request was made seeking adjournment in the matter. The request was

rejected and the counsel for appellant was directed to make submissions in second session. However, when the matter was called in second session, none appears for the appellant. It seems that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the matter. The appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
