Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned APP for the State.

The applicants are seeking bail in Crime No.29 of 2023 registered with Osmannagar Police Station, District Nanded for the offence punishable under Section 326, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code.

Perused the papers. The injuries allegedly suffered by the injured are simple. The alleged weapons used in the crime have been recovered. The material investigation has been completed. There are no antecedents to their discredit. Considering the facts in toto, the Court is of the view that the applicants deserve bail. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicants (1) Sainath Suryakant Kalam (2) Manik Shesherao Kalam (3) Shyam Hanmanth Kalam and (4) Ankush Balaji Kalam, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each with one solvent surety in the like amount each in connection with the above crime, on the conditions that they shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. (iii) The applicants shall attend the concerned police station as and when called on written notice by the investigating officer, till filing the charge sheet.
