1] Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that already an appeal has been presented to the State Government in observance of the procedure prescribed under the Government resolution dated 12.3.2013 and the appeal is stated to be pending. 2] In this view of the matter, this writ petition stands disposed of with directions to the State Government to take decision in the appeal as

WP 4876/16 - 2 - expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one month from today after extending an opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties. The interim order already passed by this Court shall continue to operate until the disposal of appeal pending before the State Government.
