Heard the learned counsel for respective parties. The permission is sought to spend an amount of Rs. 18.90 Lacs for the purpose of construction of canteen in Sainath Hospital premises. In fact, canteen in a hospital should be more hygienic. 2.

Considering the said aspect, the applicant is permitted to spend an amount of Rs. 18,90,000/- (Rs. Eighteen Lacs Ninety thousands only) for the purpose of construction of canteen in the Sainath Hospital premises. However, the applicant shall see that,
