ORDER :

1.

Vide the present Application, the Applicant seeks leave to appoint five Physicians on ad-hoc basis till the regular physicians are appointed by regular selection process.

Mr. Talekar, learned counsel for Respondents does not have any objection to grant this prayer.

This Court vide order dated 17th April 2015 in Civil Application No.3939 of 2015 has allowed the Applicant to fill in the posts by regular selection process. By way of interim arrangement and purely on ad-hoc basis for temporary period, prayer is made for permission to appoint five Physicians on the establishment of Sainath and Saibaba hospitals.

Considering the aforesaid aspects, the

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (C). However, it shall be made clear in writing to the physicians to be appointed, that their appointments would be for purely temporary period and on ad-hoc basis till regular physicians by duly selected selection committee are appointed. The Applicant shall see to it that physicians which are sought to be appointed on adhoc basis, shall possess requisite qualification. 5.

Civil Application disposed of, accordingly.
