The petitioner who had submitted his offer in the nine tender processes of the respondent/Municipal Council, has filed this petition, seeking a writ of mandamus for issuance of work orders. 3.

The learned advocate for the respondent/Municipal Council submits that all the works have been now cancelled. He places on record papers including a copy of written communication dated 30.07.2024 addressed to the petitioner informing him about the cancellation of the tender processes and calling upon him to get reimbursement of the deposit money.
