By order dated 31st August 2016, the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court was directed to find out the present status of R.C.C.No. 69/2005 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Raver, District Jalgaon. The report is accordingly submitted. It appears from the report that the said case is still pending before the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Raver, as the further proceedings in the said case are stayed by this Court by way of passing an interim order. Furthermore, as per the report submitted by learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Raver, complainant Mirabai died on 2nd December 2006. 2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to delete the name of sole respondent - Mirabai and to add State as a respondent. 3.

Since none has come forward to continue with the prosecution initiated by complainant - Mirabai, leave granted, as sought and the State be added as respondent. Learned A.P.P. waives the notice for respondent.
