STATE OF MAHARASHTRA AND OTHERS ...

Advocate for Petitioners : Mr.Dixit Sushant V. AGP for Respondents/State: Mr.A.B. Girase.

Advocate for R.Nos.5 & 6 : Mr.Deshmukh Rajendra S. ...

CORAM : S.S. SHINDE & A.M. BADAR, JJ.

Dated: OCTOBER 21, 2015 ...

Heard learned Counsel or the parties, perused the order of which disobedience has been alleged.

It appears that subsequent to representations filed by the petitioners with the respondents, the respondents have considered the said representations and rejected the same. According to the petitioner, though the petitioners are entitled for payment towards salary,

241.15cp respondents have wrongly rejected their representations.

The petitioners are free to take recourse to appropriate remedy if the petitioners are aggrieved by rejection of their representations by the respondents.

However, we do not see any willful disobedience, much less, disobedience of the order passed by tis Court committed by the respondents. in that view of the matter, contempt petition stands disposed of.
