The learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition.

Under order dated 8.6.2021, we had opined that considering the report of the expert Committee, permission to terminate the pregnancy cannot be granted. We had referred the petitioner no.2 once again to the expert Committee at Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad and directed the petitioner no.2 to appear before the expert Committee on 9.6.2021. The petitioner no.2 did not present herself for examination. Now, the learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition.

In view of the request made, Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. No costs.
