Mr. Kulkarni, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the rules with regard to the appointment of the Kendra Pramukh are amended under Notification dated 10.06.2014. The amendment is to the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad District Services (Recruitment) Rules, 1967. The seniority list is published on August 2014. These rules are not considered.

In such circumstance, the petitioners may raise objection to the impugned seniority list published by the Zilla Parishad. The respondent - 1 / 2

936-WP-4273-14.odt Zilla Parishad shall take into consideration the amended rules. The petitioners may represent themselves before the Zilla Parishad. 3.

In case such objection is filed by the petitioners, the respondent - Zilla Parishad shall decide the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the objection. All contentions of respective parties are kept open.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
