Pursuant to the order passed by the Court dated 08/01/2016, Mr.Talhar, learned Advocate for the petitioners submits on instructions from the petitioners present in the Court that the contempt petition could be disposed of in the light of the statement made by respondent No.3. Request is that the amount of Rs.1,03,265/- which is sought to be deposited in this Court as the demand draft in the name of the Registrar of the Court dated 07/01/2016 is ready, respondent No.3 may pay the petitioners khs/Jan.2016/371-d
directly by a demand draft in the name of the petitioners for the same amount. This amount is a full and final settlement of the amounts payable by respondent No.3 to the petitioners. 2.
Mr.Thoke, learned Advocate submits on instructions from his client present in the Court that such a demand draft will be delivered to the petitioners on or before 25/01/2016 or would be handed over to Mr.Talhar, learned Advocate. This suggestion is acceptable to the petitioners.

In the light of the above, the contempt petitions are disposed of. 4.
All pending civil applications, do not survive, hence disposed of.
