The petitioners in all these petitions are coming common grievance. They have been issued with Scheduled Tribe certificates in 3/4

incorrect Form. They submitted online application and are ready to surrender, if they have not already surrendered the original certificates and are soliciting fresh certificates in correct Form i.e. Form - C.

The writ petitions are disposed of in common by directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent within a week, surrender their original tribe certificates and with direction to respondent to issue them fresh certificates in Form - C after the surrender of original certificates, if they have not already surrendered within a week thereafter without undertaking any inquiry except to ascertain genuineness of the original certificates.
