In response to the Court's query, learned counsel for petitioners informs that the judgment delivered in L.A.R. No.295 of 2009 is subjected to execution and the execution proceedings are pending before the competent Court.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of. It is directed that the execution proceedings of petitioner be decided expeditiously and in any case within a period of six months from today.
