Criminal application no. 272 of 2021 came to be dismissed by order dated 30.3.2021 for non removal of the offce objeections. Learned counsel assures this court that offce objeections will be removed forthwith, if the criminal application is restored.

In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the criminal application no.1117 of 2021, criminal application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' subjeect to costs of Rs.1,000/- to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad.
