Since now the chargesheet is filed, the learned counsel appearing for the applicants, on instructions, submits that the applicants will resort to the appropriate remedy under the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure by filing an application within two weeks from today before the concerned Court, for discharge of the applicants.

In case an application is filed by the applicants within two weeks from today, the concerned Court shall decide the said application on its own merit as expeditiously as possible; however, within a period of six weeks after the filing of such application. We
