Learned Counsel for applicant submits that, applicant has deposited entire award amount before learned Commissioner for Employee's Compensation and Judge, Labour Court, Jalna. This Court has permitted respondent No.1 to withdraw the deposited amount. Hence, requested to stay to the impugned order till fnal disposal of the appeal.
