Heard both the sides.

The learned AGP submits that due to administrative difficulties, the appeal could not be filed within the period of limitation. The learned counsel for Respondents / Claimants strongly resisted the application.

In view of the above submissions and for the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 1290 days caused in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. Civil application is allowed and accordingly disposed of.

In appeal, heard. Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 20th February, 2017. The learned counsel appearing for Respondents/ original Claimants waives the service of notice. Record and proceedings be called for.
