The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that by the order passed by the learned Ombudsman and Grievance Redressal Authority under the Mahatma Gandhi Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme penalty was imposed on the Tahsildar i.e. present petitioner on the basis of complaint received from one Comrade Rajan Kshirsagar. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that now the Ombudsman has issued corrigendum to the order dated 08.05.2014. In clause 6 of the order the words to the effect "penalty is imposed" is replaced by "penalty is recommended". He submits that thus the impugned order is corrected by the corrigendum and as on today there is no final order passed by any of the authority. Since now the impugned order is only in the nature of recommendation, he intends to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the action if any taken by the authority pursuant to the said recommendation. The copy of corrigendum is taken on record and marked "X" for the purpose of identification.
