Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. According to the petitioner, respondent Nos. 3 to 5 have committed contempt of the order of this Court dated December 03, 2017. 2.

We have perused the order. The respondent No. 2 has taken the decision as directed by this Court. There was no further direction to respondent Nos. 3 to 5.

In view of that, the contempt would not be tenable against respondent Nos. 3 to 5. The petitioner may take up such steps as

2 cp 597.17 permissible in law against respondent Nos. 3 to 5. The contempt petition is disposed of. No costs.
