By the present application, the legal heirs of respondent No.1 seeks permission to withdraw the amount of Rs. 20,000/- deposited by the appellant / non applicant No.1 in pursuance of order dated 23.11.2007 and 05.03.2013 with accrued interest. The learned counsel appearing for the present non-applicant No.2 / original appellant raised no objection. 2.

Therefore, the amount of Rs. 20,000/- with accrued interest be paid to the applicants on their identification.
