None appears for the applicant. On 7th August 2017, at the request of Counsel appearing for the applicant, by way of last opportunity, matter was adjourned to 23rd August 2017. 2.

With the assistance of learned A.P.P. and learned Counsel appearing for respondent no.2, we have carefully perused the allegations in the F.I.R. and also investigation papers. Upon careful perusal of the allegations made in the F.I.R., prima facie alleged offence is disclosed. Upon perusal of investigation papers, there are injury certificates of two persons.

In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the prayer for quashing the F.I.R. Hence, Criminal Application stands rejected.
