After hearing the learned Counsel for the parties at some length and having gone through the impugned order passed by the Tahsildar, Renapur, on 15.10.2018, the appeal can be finally disposed off by issuing following directions : (i) The order passed by the Tahsildar, Renapur, is quashed and set aside.

(ii) The Tahsildar, Renapur, is directed to decide and dispose off the Mutation Entry No.348 afresh, after giving due SG Punde, PA

2 9WP13442.2021 notices to all the respective parties in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, in any case within three (03) weeks from today.

(iii)All the parties shall cooperate with the Tahsildar in getting the matter disposed off expeditiously without seeking unnecessary adjournments.
