The learned Counsel submits that the petitioners have filed reference / application under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 in the year 2014. The same is not yet decided.

Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 3.

In case, the reference / application is filed by the petitioners under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Exhibit 'B' page no. 25) and the same is pending, then the competent authority shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing all parties concerned expeditiously and preferable within a period of nine (09) months from today.
