Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The delay of 1401 and 1413 days has occurred in filing the appeals by the acquiring body. It is brought to my notice that in connected matters, the similar period of delay has been condoned by this Court and those matters are

903-CA-5919-2016 delay.odt (2) eventually permitted to be withdrawn by this Court. In the peculiar circumstances, the learned counsel for the respondents i.e original claimants has conceded to condone the delay. Hence, the following order is passed:

ORDER

i) The delay caused in filing the appeals is condoned.

The appeals be registered in accordance with law.

ii) Civil applications for condonation of delay stand disposed of.

iii) After registration of the appeals, issue notice to the respondents. Shri Sabnis waives notice for respondent nos. 1 and 2. i.e. original claimants. The learned AGP Shri Phule waives notice for respondent nos. 3 and 4.

iv) List the appeals for further consideration on 11.03.2019.
