Connected matter is listed today and the papers have been received. Hence, heard with connected Bail Application No.736 of 2023.

Heard learned counsels for the applicants and learned APP for the State.

The applicants are seeking bail in Crime No.105 of 2023 registered with Phulambri Police Station, District Aurangabad for the offence punishable under Section 395 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3, 25 of Indian Arms Act.

The general allegations have been levelled against the applicants that they were with the main accused in unnumbered vehicle, assaulted the first informant and snatched the cash and golden rings. The applicants have been arrested in the last week of the month of March 2023. They have undergone the police custody. Nothing has been recovered from them. The vehicle without number has also been seized. There were no antecedents to their discredit. The material investigation is completed. Hence, their detention would not be fruitful. Hence, the following order :
ORDER
(i) Both Bail Applications are allowed.
(ii) The applicants, Sachin Appasaheb Chalse in Bail Application No.778 of 2023 and Parmeshwar Sakharam Wagh in Bail Application No.736 of 2023, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each with one solvent surety in the like amount each in connection with the above crime, on the conditions that they shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
(3) (iii) The applicants shall attend the concerned police station daily between 08.00 am to 10.00 am, till filing the charge sheet. (S.G. MEHARE, J.) Mujaheed//
