By this petition, the petitioner seeks directions to respondent nos.3 to 5 to take cognizance of his complaint dated 21-02-2020 and lodge a report against respondent nos.6 to 11. 3.

After having gone through the same, this Court is of the view that it will be appropriate remedy for the petitioner to file an application under Section 156 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the learned Judicial Magistrate. With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
