The Respondent-Insurance Company has deposited amount of Rs.7,97,628/- which is sought to be withdrawn by the Applicants. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application and considering submissions of the parties, interest of the justice would be subserved in permitting the Applicants to receive 70% of the amount with accrued interest.

Civil Application is allowed by permitting the Applicants to receive 70% of the amount deposited with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking.

4.
