Perused the judgment and award passed by the Commissioner, Ahmednagar.

Considering the quantum of compensation, permission is granted to the applicants to withdraw 75% of the compensation with proportionate accrued interest thereon deposited before the Commissioner, subject to filing of written undertaking before the Commissioner to deposit the withdrawn amount as and when directed by this Court. The undertaking shall be filed within the period of eight weeks from the date of passing of this

ca13871.18 order.

The Commissioner shall transmit the said undertaking to this Court in First Appeal No. 1441 of 2007.

Civil application is disposed of.
