Present application has been filed for withdrawal of amount. Amount of Rs.5,03,533/- has been deposited in this case by the acquiring body. The appeal has been filed challenging the quantum. Under such circumstance, the original claimant is entitled to withdraw the amount of Rs.3,25,000/- by giving undertaking within two weeks, that in case, the claimant is directed in future to reimburse the amount or part of the amount, then he would reimburse it.
