We direct the Superintendent of Police, Jalgaon to look into the allegations in the complaint dated 25th February 2015 filed by the Petitioner and also treat the contentions in this Petition as a part of application and take final decision on it as expeditiously as possible, however within FOUR WEEKS from today.

The concerned Superintendent of Police to send compliance report of today's order to the Office of the Public Prosecutor, High Court, Bench at Aurangabad within six weeks from today.

4.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of, on above terms.
