The petitioners and the respondents agree that the road (Gadi Rasta) shown in dotted line and highlighted with yellow ink passing through the lands Survey Nos. 197, 196 and 195 in the map of village Wakodi, Taluka Kalamnuri, District Hingoli annexed at Exh. D (page 35) of this petition be opened as cart road (Gadi Rasta). 3.

In view of the above, the purpose of this petition is served and the petition is disposed of accordingly. Office to annex the colour photo copy of aforesaid map with this order as a part of this order and certified copy be issued accordingly.
