Mr.P.R.Patil, learned Advocate appearing for Applicant, submits, on instructions, that since the sole Respondent has once again changed his address, this Civil Application would not serve it's purpose. The sole Respondent is reinstated in employment of the Applicant Municipal Corporation and is presently on duties. Mr.Patil, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw this Civil Application with liberty to file a fresh Civil Application mentioning the present address of Respondent.

In the light of the above, this Civil Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
