Learned Counsel for applicant submits that, this Court has partly allowed the appeal fled by the applicant and directed that applicant is entitled to get back amount of Rs.1,63,200/-. Applicant has not withdrawn the interest thereon. Hence, requested to permit the applicant to withdraw the interest thereon.
