2] There is a consensus between learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the respondents including learned AGP that, the controversy raised in this petition may be referred to respondent no.3.

3] In the circumstances, respondent no.3 - Education Officer (Secondary) to treat this petition as an application of the petitioner and

2 30-wp5233-15.odt also the reply filed by respondent no.2 as reply to the said application, and shall take decision about grievance raised by the present petitioner, keeping in view the record maintained by respondent no.2, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of three months from today.

4] The petitioner and respondent no.2 shall appear before respondent no.3 on 27th April, 2016 on which date, respondent no.3 shall hear them and decide the issue or may fix a date as per his convenience.

5] The Writ Petition stands disposed in the above terms.
