The Petitioner has put-forth prayer clause 'B', as under:- "B. By an appropriate writ or order, respondent No.3 Education Officer (Primary) Zilla Parishad Beed may kindly be directed to accord an approval in favor of petitioner as Head Mistress as per the proposal dated 02.03.2021 forwarded by the respondent No.2

The learned Advocate representing the Zilla Parishad submits on instructions that the pending proposal dated 02.03.2021, would be decided within two (02) weeks.

In view of the above, the Petitioner is satisfied.

As such, this Petition is disposed off.

The proposal of the Petitioner shall be decided and the decision would be communicated to the Petitioner, on or before 15.09.2022.
