Mr. Raviraj Jawaharlal Kaucchi, Deputy Executive Engineer, Jalna Minor Irrigation, is present. He informs to have instructions to withdraw the appeal since the amount of compensation awarded by Reference Court is well below four times of the amount awarded by the Special Land Acquisition Officer in view of the Government Resolution dated 3.11.2016 along with subsequent Corrigendum dated 23.2.2017 and 13.8.2018. As such, the First Appeals are disposed of as withdrawn. The claimants are at liberty to withdraw the amount, if any, deposited in this Court.
