Petitioner is assailing the order passed by the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Ambad / Returning Officer for election to the Co-operative Societies, rejecting nomination paper presented by him on the ground that the same was not accompanied by the caste certificate. The relevant rules require presentation of caste certificate alongwith nomination paper which requirement has not been fulfilled by the petitioner. In this view of the matter, no interference is called for in the petition. Writ petition stands rejected.
