1) Government Advocate has placed on record order dated 4-5-2016 already granting licence to one N.G.P. for starting fair price shop other than the petitioners' fair price shops in the said locality. The petitioners seek permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the fresh order. Accordingly the petition is dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the grant of fair price shop licence to the other N.G.P.
