Present application has been filed for withdrawal of amount. 2.

In view of the order of this Court amount of Rs.49,37,260/- has been deposited. Taking into consideration that the earning member from the family of the applicants had expired, applicants deserve withdrawal of the amount to the extent of survival. 3.

Taking into consideration the fact that, applicants No.2 to 4 are the minors, their interest has to be got secured through applicant No.1, and therefore, the applicant No.1 is allowed to withdraw amount of Rs.10,00,000/- after giving undertaking on or before 12-07-2019 that she should make good the said amount in case directed at the

CA 6694-2019 time of final disposal of the first appeal.

Civil application stands disposed of accordingly. 5.

Liberty is granted to move the Court if any amount is needed further.
