The application for temporary injunction came to be dismissed on the ground that the petitioner has alternate remedy of approaching the Atiyat Courts. All the parties are in agreement that the relief claimed in the suit can be granted by Atiyat Courts. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has approached the Atiyat Court.
