The petitioner is merely aggrieved by the fact that while granting approval to her transfer from unaided division to aided division the approval has been granted with effect from 15 June 2018, when in fact she so joined on 02 July 2018.

It appears that, the dispute to this limited extent was also considered by the Divisional Grievance Committee and by the order dated 25 April 2022, necessary correction on aforementioned lines was directed to be made at the level of Deputy Director of Education after verification. The matter seems to be stuck at that.

We dispose of the Writ Petition by directing the respondent no. 2 to pass appropriate order pursuant to the directions of the Grievance Redressal Committee, Nasik Division, Nasik, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four weeks from today.
