Heard. Pursuant to orders dated 23.04.2015 passed by this Court, non-bailable warrant has been executed upon the applicant. The applicant is produced before this Court by Mr. V.N. Shelke, Police SubInspector of Itwara Police Station, Nanded. 2.

Learned Counsel for the applicant, upon instructions, submits that the applicant gives an undertaking that he would remain present before this Court at the time of final hearing of Criminal Revision

( 2 ) cria2453.15 Application No.71 of 2001 and prays for cancellation of the non-bailable warrant, as contemplated under section 76 of Cr.P.C.

The applicant shall be produced by the Police Authority before the Court of IVth Assistant Sessions Judge, Nanded on 06.05.2015 at 11.00 a.m. and he shall be enlarged on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with one or two sureties in like amount.

During the pendency of this Criminal Revision Application, the applicant shall report to the Court of Ivth Assistant Sessions Judge, Nanded on 30th of each month, till the disposal of the Criminal Revision Application.

The Criminal Applications accordingly stand disposed of.
