This is an application for condonation of delay of 602 days caused in filing an appeal under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for applicants as well as Shri Manale, the learned Counsel appearing for the non-applicant.

Perusal of the application shows that the delay in filing the

Hence for the stated reasons, the Application is allowed. Delay is condoned. First Appeal be registered. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
