Though the petition is filed for challenging decision of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, whereby interim relief claimed by the petitioner is rejected, however, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that his application for transfer is pending with the respondent Collector and claims that if the same is decided, then the petition can be disposed of.

Learned A.G.P. submits that direction for deciding the application of the petitioner on it's merits by respondent Collector, can be given.
