Learned AGP the applicant submits that, the applicant will deposit the entire amount covered under the Award alongwith interest within a period of 12 weeks from today. 3.

In view of this, ad-interim stay in terms of prayer clause 'B' on condition that the applicant shall deposit the entire amount covered under the award alongwith interest within a period of twelve (12) weeks from today, failing which the matter shall stand dismissed automatically without back reference to the Court.
